Step 1 – Choose a Day and Time

The day/time of your event will depend on who you are inviting.

An office place Harambee? Hold it on a weekday, during or after work, at your office or a restaurant nearby. Friends/family/colleagues outside of your workplace? Consider a day/time when it’s convenient for most people.

Last year, one of the very successful Harambees was held on a Sunday evening, from 7:00 – 9:00. Most people weren’t busy with other activities and it was a short and sweet night out with friends!
